The DROID master is the central module in your DROID setup. In any Droid setup you need one master module. You can use it stand alone or with up to 16 controllers and up to oneĀ G8Ā and oneĀ X7Ā expander attached. Currently there are six different controllers available:Ā B32,Ā P4B2,Ā P2B8,Ā P10,Ā S10, andĀ M4.
The DROID master has eight CV inputs and eight CV outputs, all of them very precise in voltage and timing. The range is from -10V to +10V.
Shipping includes a micro SD card, a micro SD card reader for USB 2, a ribbon cable for connecting to a Eurorack (Doepfer) compatible modular system with +/- 12V and four 3 mm mounting screws.
The DROID is a very flexible generic CV processor. It has 8 CV inputs and 8 CV outputs, all ranging from -10V to +10V. The DROID can do almost any CV task you can imagine, such as sequencing, melody generation, slew limiting, quantizing, switching, mixing, working on clocks and triggers, creating envelopes and LFO or other fancy voltages, or any combination of these at the same time. While doing this, is very precise both in voltage and in timing.
